1) We have 33,000 Bourbon Arabica coffee trees in 10 hectars 
    in the South Pacific  island New Caledonia, owned by France.
2) We also grow 10,000 Cafe Leroy(Bourbon Pointu) in 5 hectars 
    which is famous for natural Decaffein coffee and also liked
    by Sir. Winston Churchill.
3) We've been planting anti-insect special trees on coffee lanes
    in order to avoid coffee trees diseases and to act as shade
    trees.
4) Organic coffee: we try not to use toxic herbicides.
5) Faire trade: We respect producer's effort and help to
    environmental improvement together.


 
Cafe Lola Story                

 Cafe Lola is currently grown in a French tropical island in
the  South Pacific, called New Caledonia near Australia
and New Zealand.  At the start of 2000, A retired Japanese
periodontist and a local developer joined a partnership to
develop 360 acres of the heavenly like environment which
has no pollution and is located next to the river and
surrounded by the forest.  They planned to harvest coffee
trees, and to re-introduce the once-thought-lost Bourbon
Leroy(Pointu).

 Ater 3 years of hard work, Cafe Lola harvested the first
crop and, although the production was minimal, was able to
introduce the new product to the local market. Export to
Japan has started in the year of 2005 and is as to introduce
our French South Pacific coffee.

 We grow the most flavorful and aromatic out of all Arabica
coffees, Bourbon which was initially developed by the French. 
Cafe Lola also offers a particularly unique variety of high
quality coffee, Bourbon Leroy or Pointu, it was discovered in
the early 1800's in Reunion, and introduced to the world as the
least caffeinated coffee bean. It's flavor and quality made it
famously popular and a favorite of coffee connoisseurs such
as Honore de Balzac or Sir. Winston Churchill for its
difficulty to cultivate. Cafe Lola has been successfully
increasing the harvest. It is healthy alternative for consumers
who enjoy the taste of coffee but would prefer less caffeine. 
The cost of this coffee currently is high($250/kilo),however,
in near future, we will introduce the blend of Leroy, French
bourbon and other Arabica at a reasonable price.

 We will not bo able to sell the green beans due to our limited
production.  At present, we are at the stage of contacting to
FDA to get an import approval.  We only sell roasted bourbon
ground or beans coffee(100g,200g,or 500g), filled in nitrogen
gas. But soon we will sell Cafe Leroy(Pointu) in a Teak wooden

 Why named Cafe Lola Dental ?

  
 My previous office was named “Columbia Dental” because I was
trained Periodontology at Columbia University Graduate course in New
York,USA.
 So, I put it ahead with my pride, celebrating my good effort
there.

 

I met a French guy at New Caledonia, South Pacific and our friendship
developed mutual cooperation in terms of
Coffee cultivation at N.C.
Now, it has advanced up to coffee selling locally and
internationally.
 So, I had to come back to Japan in order to promote our products
to Japan & USA. I decided to re-open my dental clinic at my home
townNagoya.
 I’m very lucky that I’ve enjoyed US and French culture besides
Japanese and hope to help international people at my clinic with
comfortably & no-pain  and to offer good taste to world coffee
lovers.

developpe mutuelle effort a cultiver cafe labas. J’ai du rentre
au Japon pour vendre
